Easy Teaspoon Hot Sauce

What you need:

10 teaspoons water
10 teaspoons white vinegar
4 teaspoons hot pepper powders (cayenne, chipotle, smoked pepper, etc.)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt

What you do:

1. Mix all ingredients, and store in old hot sauce jar or bottle. For milder sauce, use 3 teaspoons hot pepper powder.
2. For hot sauce, use 4 teaspoons cayenne pepper, or 3 teaspoons cayenne + 1 teaspoon chipotle powder.
3. For extra hot sauce, use 5 teaspoons powder. It gets hotter the longer it sits.
This is called teaspoon hot sauce for obvious reasons. Measure everything in teaspoon measurements. It is really easy to make your own hot sauce, just use an empty bottle from previously store-bought hot sauce to put your own in.

very fast and easy!  My hubby goes though hot sauce like no other and this is a great cheap way to make it at home.

What a great, easy and inexpensive recipe!  I used all cayenne pepper, and then added 1/4 teaspoon each of chili powder and cumin.  It's very hot now, but I'm looking forward to seeing how it changes over time, and also next time to finding other interesting additions to it.
