Endive and Dulse Salad

What you need: 

2 cups endives thin diagonal sliced
1/4 cup dulse seaweed, soaked and fine cut
1/2 cup raddishes thin sliced
1/4 cup gari (Japanese ginger pickle) fine cut
1 cup oranges (blond) fine cut
mirin (Japanese rice wine)
genmaisu (Japanese rice vinegar)
juice of gari pickles

What you do: 

Add all ingredients, toss & enjoy.
Very colorful. Rich tasting and refreshing!
