SO HOW'D IT GO?

Am making this right now, for the umpteenth time. Caramelizing the onions is a labor of love- but it *smells* amazing! This is such a simple dish, but SO good. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

This is a great dish when you need a filling sidedish or want to take a big bowl of something delicious to a potluck! It really is a crowd pleaser.

A few suggestions---try using bulgar instead of rice. For more flavor, carmelize your onions. This will take longer but it make a world of difference.
