Pizza - fast, easy, delicious every time!

What you need:

1 14oz can diced tomatoes
1 small can tomato paste
1/2 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon basil, best with fresh basil
pizza crust (Before the recipes on this site, I used the dough found in tubes in the refridgerated section of the grocery store.)
1 package of shredded vegan soy mozzarella
toppings of your choice: black olives, mushrooms, green olives
corn meal
1 tablespoon Garlic powder or 1 clove fresh garlic minced

What you do:

Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F Sprinkle pizza stone with corn meal (to prevent doe from sticking). Put pizza stone in oven and allow to preheat.
Step 2: In sauce pan combine diced tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, basil and garlic. Heat over medium heat stirring frequently.
Step 3: When oven is preheated set your crust on stone. Add veggies. Bake for 10 minutes.
Step 4: When crust is done add sauce and top with soy cheese. Broil watching constantly for 3-5 minutes. Enjoy!
For an even faster meal use a jar of premade pizza or spaghetii sauce.
