Any opinions on VegPeople?

I saw a sidebar link to VegPeople on the VegWeb homepage a few days ago and surfed in to take a look around. It looked ok, not vegan but then I'm not either. Anyone have any experience with it and know if it's good?
One problem I may have is that the moderator's server appears to be Comcast, and my particular server has trouble sending to Comcast (as in everything gets returned). They ask you to use your paid ISP as a precautionary measure.
Any feedback?

Hi Yabbitgirl,

I've been a member of Vegpeople for about a year now and have found the members to be great. They are the friendliest, most supportive group I have found on the Web.

Thanks honey...I'm off to join. It's a bit of a pain that you have to use your paid web adress because if the mods are at comcast they might not come thru (I've had problems before.) If you find a newbie with "womble" somewhere in the name...that'll be me.
