This guy is really scary. If they hadn't caught him, he'd probably move on to murdering and raping little kids sooner than later. I hope the "therapy" he undergoes prevents that. They need to watch him like a hawk or he'll do something else. I think we need to remember the name Brian James Hathaway, especially those in Wisconsin and Minnesota. I bet that as soon as he finishes his probation and can legally do it, he relocates far from Wisconsin. I hope he doesn't come to Texas. We've got enough of our homegrown pervs, thank you.
Didn't Tom Green do a bit on his show like this? I seem to remember him coming across a road kill deer or moose or something, and playing around with it. Many people found that entertaining :o
I don't know because I never watched Tom Green's show. But if he did and his audience found it amusing, it just goes to show how sick our society has become. The ancient Romans ain't got nothing on us. The Marquis de Sade would be considered just another weirdo killer today, one of thousands. Sometimes I'd like to go live like the people in that movie "The Village". A lot of people thought it sucked but I thought the comment it made on current lifestyles and the lifestyle of people in the golden olden days was fascinating.

In this case, the deer was in a roadside ditch. I'm not sure why this would be different to me if it were deep in the woods somewhere, but if you have sex, with a deer, in a ditch, in public, along a road, you kinda want to get caught.
The article said that in 2005 he killed a horse with the intent to have sex with it and it seems the court "went easy on him" with the sentence, so maybe they're making up for that now because he obviously needs help and watched longterm (not that the goverment is particularly good at keeping track of people).
No kidding.....I can kinda understand maybe wanting to have sex with a live animal, as long as the animal is consenting, but a dead one? There is just nothing right about that.

Isn't that the truth!!!!! Overworked bureaucrats with not enough resources plus a guy who doesn't want to be kept track of, could equal a whole of lot of evildoing, murder and mayhelm.

I don't even want to go there on how you could tell the animal "is consenting". Most wild animals don't want anything to do with humans much less f*ck us! I've got a rabbit who wants to have sex with my cat Sara but she's having no part of that. She slapped the sh*t out of him the other day when he tried something with her. She had claws retracted so he wasn't scratched up but he definitely got a big bop. I don't think there should be an age of consent with animals. Leave them alone, don't f*ck them or eat them or pour noxious chemicals in their eyes, etc., etc. (almost to infinity :( ), please!
Hey, I have an open mind about things, so don't attack me for it please!! Yeah, you would know if the animal is consenting. Here's something i found interesting. If you are easily offended, don't look at it!!! I'm not exactly for this, but hey, dolphins are very smart and neat creatures.

I'm sorry if you got the impression I was attacking you. I really wasn't. The article is interesting. I've always thought that maybe dolphins are smarter than us. But God likes us best, the Bible says so! :P Not really the tongue sticking out motion/way, I'd lke to use but it's all there is! There was an episode of "Hank Hill" where the Hills went to a Sea World type place and Hank swam with the dolphins. One of them sexually molested him and he complained. It turned out that the dolphin was always doing that and the trainers knew it but Hank was the only one brave enough to speak out. I would still prefer that humans stick to other consenting humans for their sex partners since animals don't have language we can understand or access to the court system! But then again, if people loved animals more, maybe they couldn't eat them! My head hurts :D

To say that sex with an animal could possibly be consensual is twisted. His rational sounds much like a child molester's; they too believe their "sexual partner" loves them and wants to be with them.
My mother always said to have an open mind "...as long as nobody's getting hurt." An animal can't say "Gee Chuck, you look swell tonight. Want to go out to the barn and get jiggy?" Just like a child often doesn't know to say no.
Once again, disgusted by humanity. I wish I was a dog, or a Tui - as long as somebody didn't decide my hungry face meant "Gee Chuck..."

i feel a little bad for the dead deer guy. he's clearly insane or mentally damaged in some way and you can't help but have compassion for someone who is so damaged that he carries out such disgusting actions, and something that . i feel bad for child molesters too... NOT that i don't think they should be punished or locked up, but that they can't tell the difference between wrong and right. it must be awful to be so sick like that.

Unfortantly there sometimes so sick they justify it and then the little kids grow up as young men and woman who were abused and a lot of times they being victims again or victimitize someone else...a horrible cycle
Yes the dolphin thing is gross. We shouldnt drink the milk from a cow and we shouldn't you know what. Yuck! Imagine the kind of relationship they must have had with their family when they were young to have that kind of thinking.
I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who feels bad for child molesters. I think they truly need help, not imprisonment alone. I like to think that if we were more nurturing as a society, people could seek help when they are young and start to have thoughts of hurting people. That way, maybe the problem could be addressed early on instead of later in life after bad habits have set in and many people have been vicitimized... I don't really think we have a good system in place to encourage young people to come forward with potentially dangerous tendencies, asking for help.
