Hey guys, Monday marked one year of living/being vegan for me.  It's been an awesome ride and one I intend to stay on!  Vegweb has been tremendously helpful in building my vegan recipe collection  :) and offering great support and friendship.  I've been missing this place between the recent hackers and being incredibly busy with college and work.  I should be in bed right now but oh well.  Here's to another great year!  I'll be around more in a few weeks when Spring break arrives...
