Hey, Gang!

I'm sorry for taking so long to reply and post my mushroom stew recipe.  This week got a little weird, but things are becoming a little more predicatable again.  Phew!!  Anyways, I submitted the recipe and am waiting for VegWeb to post it for me.  I'm looking forward to seeing how it goes over and what additions/substitutions other cooks have to offer.

I just realized I might have left out an ingrediant from the stew.  Oooops!  I guess I'll have to add the corrections in the comments section.

What a way to start out on a new-to-me site!  :D
