The VegWeb Family Photo Album!

greetings, VegWebbers....
Since we've been having so much fun with posting photos these days, I was thinking that THIS could be our official place to share photos of ourselves and family members....making this a huge VW-family tree with a pictorial companion--the VW Family Photo Album!

You can include photos of your friends, your DH/DW/DR/SO, your animal friends, your kids, your uncles, your...whatever!  Anybody you consider part of your family, and don't mind sharing in the public realm, post it here!

Hey, maybe we should have a thread on which celebrity everyone looks like.

Believe it or not, there has been one of those: http://vegweb.com/index.php?topic=18410.0

....side-by-side comparison of me and my mom....oh, and my "pet" seahorse named Harpo (fav. Marx brother)

....a silly collage of some of my best friends throughout childhood/high school: Amy J., who was practically my other sister growing up; Jennifer, my best friend in elementary & middle school, with her husband; Nolan, my once-BF/fellow band geek friend; Mike D, my middle school/high school art teacher/good friend, who I work with over the summer painting gyms (see my devArt gallery link in my profile!), and who I had a HUGE crush on in 8th grade (can you see why??!?); and Emily, former drum major, Brad, and Joe, all fellow theatre geeks...Joe and I have known each other since preschool, which was also when we were "boyfriend and girlfriend!" and engaged to be married.  ;D

...and here are just some of the most prominent influences throughout my college life: Graphic Design prof/advisor, Roy; my first really good friend at UNI, Christy, with me before a marching band performance (if you're cool, you'll know why we're wearing our hat straps in different positions!); art history prof/AMAZING woman, Christine (@ infinitepink.com); 3-D Design Concepts prof/Bruce Willis look-a-like/jewelry designer, Daniel Clasby; Mark B. (an incredibly inspirational activist/sweetest guy ever), jammin' on the panflute with Shane on guitar; me with Brianna, my friend/former DR and her cousin/our good friend/fellow art student, Kerry; and Jess a.k.a."D'Art," Laura, and Heather, who I met through Shane/activist groups....all wonderful people!

...Shane and I at last year's RHPS showing on campus...by that point, my hair had gone flat, and my maid's cap had gone missing...yet somehow Dr. Frank-n-furter managed to stay sexy & fresh...

...little Ashleigh, my sister, and Christian, swimming in what is formally known as "THE Pond,": a beautiful, spring-fed pond beside a little cabin and outhouse, owned by Amy J.'s Mom's cousin....oh, SO many memories there....

....and to end on a very cute note, here's little Ashleigh when she was about 2 yrs, playing the kiddie drumset that I got--get this--as a graduation present from Nolan and his Dad!!  :D  ...I think I'll try to "encourage" her to carry on the tradition of cymbal-wench-ism...hehe.
