For the batter:
1) add all the ingredients to the mashed potatoes & mix well & make them into round balls with your hands…
2) Then dip them in the batter & microwave them on high for 4-5 min…
3) One could roast them in the oven for sometime till its golden brown.Eat them as is or with tomato ketchup.Simple easy delicious fat free salt free snack…
Variations- use salt instead of lemon juice,you could fry them in oil using the same recipe if you prefer it that way...
