It's everyone's favorite/least favorite holiday. I can't think of a holiday that makes some people feel amazing and others feel like hiding in a corner until it's over. Actually, that's a lot of holidays, isn't it? Oh well. Whether you're stoked or scared, it only comes once a year and it'll be over before you know it! If you're totally dreading it, I propose this: Why not just make a delicious meal and celebrate love everywhere. Maybe that's slightly cheesy but it can't be a bad thing. Plus, by making a tasty home-cooked meal, you're silently protesting the gross display of commercialism (I mean, joyous celebration of love) that surrounds Valentine's Day. Seriously, the best way to boycott Valentine's Day is by staying in and making the most scrumptious meal possible. Besides, the dishes below are filled with known aphrodisiacs so maybe love is coming your way, whether you like it or not. Happy Valentine's Day!
