2 slices sandwhich bread
2 TBSP crunchy peanut butter
1 medium beet, sliced and steamed
1 TSP brown miso paste
1 TSP balsamic vinegar
1.Toast bread if desired.
2.Steam beets in microwave or steamer until soft. If steaming in microwave, slice into long slices and cover with some water. Steam for about two minutes or until fork tender.
3,Spread miso paste on to bread. On top of the miso, spread the beaut butter. Gently poor the balsamic vinegar over the peanut butter and place the beets on top. Add cracked pepper if desired.
