1/2 large green cabbage head
1/2 red cabbage head
1 large carrot
About 1/3 cup agave nectar or simple syrup (to taste)
1 freshly squeezed lime
Liquid aminos or soy sauce to taste
1 clove minced fresh garlic
1 small bud fresh ginger, minced (these could be powdered, but if powdered, should be in smaller amounts)
Chili powder to taste
1. Chop the cabbages into slaw style strips and mix in a large bowl
2. Peel the carrot into thin strips and mix in with the cabbage (if you want, set some aside for garnish.
3. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl to make the sauce
4. Stir in the sauce and toss
