100g Tofu
1. Wrap the tofu with a kitchen towl, put a heavy plate on the tofu, and put in a microwave for 3 to 4 minutes to drain. Mix together all of the seasonings and water listed.
2. After the tofu is well drained, smear with cornstarch .
3. Heat the pan and grill the tofu (flip it over; be careful not to burn the tofu).
4. Pour all the seasoning mixture on the tofu.
5. Turn the heat off and it's ready to enjoy!
