5 leaves chinese cabbage
1. Drain the tofu with microwave
(Wrap the tofu with paper towel, put a heavy mug cup on the tofu, then put in a microwave for 5 minutes)
2. Add drained tofu, carrots, burdocks, green beans, and miso paste in to a bowl
3. Mix them well, add the potato starch (Please adjust the amount of potato starch by checking the water volume of the stuffing)
4. Boil hot water and add the chinese cabbage leaves per each
5. Take the cabbage leaves, put the tofu stuffings on them, and roll it
6. Put the rolled chinese cabbage into a pan, add 1 cup of water and 2 table spoons of soy sauce
7. Cook them with low heat for 10 to 15 minutes
