1 cup cooked brown rice
2 cups oatmeal
3 tablespoons flax seed meal
1 teaspoon. olive oil
Dash of lemon pepper
Add crumpled NORI for a fish flavor (optional)
1. Mix top 3 ingredients but reserve flax seed. Press a ball of dough in pan to form a patty.
2. Fry in olive oil in iron skillet.
3. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon flax seed on each patty before flip. It will prevent sticking. Season with lemon pepper.
