1 large onion (vidalia onions are my pick)
olive oil
1 can Swanson vegetable broth
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup water
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (check ingredients)
salt to taste
Slice and chop onion.
Clarify onion in a bit of olive oil. (veg oil will work)
Sift flour into pan with onion and continue to saute.
Add 1/2 cup water and allow to cook for a minute more stiring continuously.
Add the veg broth, a half cup of water, one tbsp of vegan Worcestershire sauce.
Simmer for 5 minutes over med. heat, and salt to taste.
