2 cups pecans
2 tablespoons vegan butter
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
1 1/4 teaspoons cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
-preheat oven to 300 degrees-put pecans in a bowl-melt vegan butter, then add cumin and cayenne pepper-pour over pecans in bowl, mix well-add vegan sugar and salt, mix well-put pecans onto ungreased cookie sheet, spreading evenly-cook for +/- 20 minutes. Stir 2 or 3 times-serve warm or room temperature
