2 red bell peppers, top cut off and hollowed
1 tomato, sliced
1 avocado, sliced
apple cider vinegar, as desired
1. Place tomato and avocado slices in bell pepper cups.
2. Pour apple cider vinegar into the openings. Use as much as you feel comfortable with.
This is surprisingly filling and perfectly healthy. You may wish to drink a bit afterwards, if you are as obsessed with apple cider vinegar as I am.
