regular oatmeal
brown sugar
milk substitute
unsweetened shredded coconut
toss some oatmeal in a bowl, pour in milk substitute to cover, a couple spoonfuls of brown sugar, and heap on the shredded coconut. Mix it all up and nuke it for about 3 minutes -- carefully, it tends to bubble up.
Sorry, don't know proportions, just use your good sense. Tastes *great*.
