1/3 cup instant oatmeal
2/3 cups water
1 tablespoon wheat germ
1 tablespoon bran
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and brown sugar
1 tablespoon raisins (optional)
maple syrup
2 tablespoon vanilla soy milk
- Place the first six ingredients into microwave safe bowl.
- Stir with a spoon.
- Place into microwave for 1 minute on HIGH. Stir with spoon.
- Place back into microwave for another minute on HIGH.
- When finishe'd take out and stir soya milk into oatmeal fast with spoon (until disolved).
- Then you pour as much maple syrup onto oat meal and enjoy!
