1/2 cup pumpkin puree
2/3 cup vegan vanilla ice cream
1 1/4 cup soymilk
1/3 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch nutmeg
Vegan whipped cream
1) Blend pumpkin, ice cream, soymilk, cinnamon and nutmeg together. Pour into mugs and garnish with vegan whipped cream.
