1/4 cup of frozen can'taloupe
1/4 cup of frozen honeydew
1/4 cup of frozen mango
1/4 cup of frozen watermelon
1/4 cup to 3/4 of a cup of vanilla soy milk (more or less, to preference)
1 teaspoon of fresh grated ginger
assorted berries to garnish (optional)
Put melons into blender, with watermelon on the bottom layer if you have an older, less powerful blender. Add soy milk and grated ginger and blend until as smooth as you like. Pour into glasses, top with berries and enjoy!
