1 tablespoon wheat germ
1 cup rice milk
1 - 2 Tablespoon rice protein powder
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed powder
1 frozen banana
4 - 5 frozen strawberries
dash of cinnamon (optional)
Blend wheat germ, rice milk, rice protein powder, and ground flaxseed powder until smooth. Add the rest of the fruit and cinnamon if desired. Blend until smooth.
The smoothie is quick and is high in fiber, essential fatty acids, and tastes great.
