3/4 cup water
1 1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 tablespoon taco seasoning (in those little packets-I usually just
throw the whole thing in)
3 or 4 tablespoon chunky slasa
1/2 cup Sour Supreme (Toffutti) or (soy milk with 1 teaspoon vinegar)
3 tablespoon or more chopped fresh cilantro (depending on how much you like)
3 2/3 cups bread flour (white)
1 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
Just throw it all in according to your machines instructions. If you're using the sour cream substitute, I would use a little less flour. Also, if you're using the soy milk, don't forget to add it to the water before you put the flour in. This recipe is really, really good...especially as toast.
