2 1/2 cups of unbleach flour
3 teaspoons of yeast
1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
1 large sweet potato
1/4 cup of ground flax seeds
1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
3/4 cups of water @ 105 degrees F.
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of grapeseed oil
1 tablespoon of vital wheat gluten
Nuke the sweet potato until it can be easily mashed. Combine sweet potato, oil, brown vegan sugar, water and salt in mix cycle of bread machine or mixing bowl. Add the remaining dry ingredience on top. Mix it for 30 minutes. Let rest for 1 hour, grease a bread pan and let it rise until it swells up nicely approx. 30-45 minutes. Bake @350F for 25-30 minutes.
