3 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1.5 teaspoon salt
1.5 cups water
1 cup blueberries
Stir 1 Tbsp flour into berries in small bowl. In large bowl mix remaining flour, baking powder, and salt. Make a well in centre of dry mixture and stir in water quickly all at once. Stir in floured blueberries. Spread quickly into oiled 9 inch pie plate or cast iron skillet. Bake at 450 F (or covered on top of campfire - use skillet for this!) for 20 - 25 minutes. Check after 15 minutes if baking on campfire. Yummy for breakfast or with soup.
