1 cup cornmeal
1 cup flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Ener-G egg replacer
1 cup fatfree nondairy milk (I use soy)
almost 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1. Mix it all together just until it is completely mixed.
2. Put it in a non-preheated 450 degree F oven.
3. Bake 20-25 minutes. I did 20 minutes, because I like mine real moist in the middle, almost not done. '
