1 large bag tator tots
2 cans vegetarian cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup soy milk
1 bunch fresh broccoli
1 can water chestnuts
1 bag american cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray
Lay tator tots on bottom to form an even layer
Mix soup and milk together and pour 1/2 over tator tots
Cut broccoli into small pieces and layer on top of tator tots
Layer on water chestnuts
Pour rest of soup mixture on top
Top with american cheese
Bake for 30-40 minutes
