1/2 QT. Strawberries
4 ripe pears
1 cup Date-Sweetened Granola
1 stick Margerine
2 teaspoon Vanilla
Cinnamon to taste
Preheat oven to 325. Cut up fruit, toss with lots of cinnamon, and put into a pan. Mix granola, margerine, vanilla, and cinnamon together, and spread over the fruit in a thick layer. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
