1 chopped, frozen banana
1 ripe avocado
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup soy milk
Blend all the ingredients in the blender. This makes an avocado cream which you can eat at this stage if you want, or put it in an ice cream maker (or a freezer if you don't have one) until ice cream is made.
You can also make an avocado/banana smoothie by adding more soy milk and ice and blending more.
