12 ounces firm tofu, drained for 10-15 minutes (important to use firm)
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
1 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 teaspoons dill weed
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1. In your blender jar, place all ingredients except the oil. Process until smooth.
2. Drizzle the oil slowly through the hole in the lid, until all incorporated.
3. Blend additional 1 minute. Refrigerate.
This tastes like the real thing!
