1 cup full chopped coriander leaves
2 green chilies
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 tablespoon groundnut powder
1/2 teaspoon raw sugar
salt to taste
Mix all the ingredients together in a grinder. Grind to smooth paste or leave it a bit chunky if u like. Add some water too when u grind. You can make changes in quantity of spices according to your choice. It can be used as a sandwich spread with some cucumbers and cheese! tastes great!!! Also be used as a dip with samosa and patties.
