1 tbl whole black pepper
16 whole cloves
6 whole cardamom seeds (green)
1 inch piece of cinnamon stick
1 teaspoon whole black, small cumin seeds
2 bayleaves
2 teaspoon whole cumin seeds
Grind all of the above ingredients in a coffee grinder or pepper mill and store in an airtight jar. Enjoy Indian Cooking it is wonderful.
