1 tin of butterbeans (rinsed very well)
1 tin of de-stoned black olives (whatever flavor you like)
4 garlic cloves, chopped or equivalent garlic puree
2 tablespoons olive oil + 2 more optional spoons full
1 tablespoon sesame oil (not necessary but tasty)
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
4 tablespoons sesame seeds
juice of 1/2 lemon (optional--I don't like I, but many do)
Combine all ingredients except for the sesame seeds. Use a blender (handheld or normal, or a food processor) until you have a paste. Stir in the sesame seeds and transfer to a serving dish or a covered container (if saving for later). If using, drizzle the 2 optional spoons of olive oil over the top.
