2 cups cooked lentils
2 tablespoons walnut meal
1 Roma tomato
1 1/2 tablespoons cereal coffee
1 onion
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
herbs to taste (sage, oregano, thyme, Italian seasoning)
salt to taste
1 tsp. paprika
4 tablespoons oats
Vital Gluten (enough to form dough)
vegetable broth
Blenderize all ingredients, except the Vital Gluten. Pour into a bowl, add as much vital gluten as needed to make a dough ball that doesn't stick to your fingers. Knead it a little. Take portions as big as you want, roll them up and make little steaks and cook them in a broth seasoned to your taste (you may use chicken-style seasoning for that or any base broth recipe you like) cook in the broth for 1/2 hr. If you don't have any idea of what broth to use, you can make your own by using a small saucepan, add water, 1 medium size onion, 2 garlic cloves, paprika to color and salt.
Once your gluten is boiled, you can do just about anything in the world you can think of with it.
Enjoy it!
