vital wheat glutton
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of salt or salt to taste
1 cup of flour
1/2 cup of water
4 cups of vegetable broth
Wheat glutton can be found in the baking section of nearly any grocery store for about $1.59. Pour the contents of the wheat glutton into a bowl. Meanwhile, start boiling the vegetable broth. Add 1/2 cup of water or enough water. Stir the mixter until the glutton forms into a moist dough. Break the glutton into to large pieces. Boil for 30 minutes. Cut the glutton into 1/2 inch chunks. Season with the seasonings on both sides. Dip the seasoned pieces of glutton in flour. Fry at meadium high heat until lightly brown on both sides.
