1 cup of cooked pasta (e.g. macaroni)
2 tablespoon of pasta sauce
1/2 cluster of broccoli
1/4 medium carrot
1/2 cup of corn kernels
2 tablespoon of canola oil
1. Mixed cooked pasta with pasta sauce
2. Slice broccoli and carrot into thin strips
3. Heat fry pan and add 1 tbsp of canola oil
4. Stir fry broccoli and carrot, add corn kernels
5. Put the cooked veggies in a dish
6. Heat the fry pan and add 1 tbsp of canola oil
7. Stir fry pasta as prepared in (1)
8. Add veggie from (4) and stir fry for a few minutes
