sliced olives
yellow zuchinni squash (small, cut in half, then in diagonals)
roma tomato (chopped)
broccoli flowerette (seperated into small flowers)
one jumbo veggie hot dog (chekc ingredients, cut on a diagonal)
cooked deboles rice penne pasta
fresh garlic
cooking wine
sea salt
vege topping (soy parmesan substitute)
Saute vegetables, hot dog slices and garlic in a small amount of oil until tender crisp. Add vegan cooking wine and cook down. Mix in cooked penne pasta. Add parmesan substitute, salt and enjoy. This is such a beautiful dish.
