2 slices of favorite organic, vegan tofu cheese
thin slices of green pepper
thin slices of onion
thin slices of tomatoes
sliced pitted black olives
sliced canned mushrooms - drained
romaine lettuce leaves - or your favorite
drizzle of Italian Dressing or oil & vinegar
1 sub bun per person
Split sub bun in 2 for top & bottom. If you desire a Hot Sub preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drizzle dressing or oil & vinegar on inside of sub bun top, then place the 2 slices of vegan cheese on top of that. Set top bun aside or on cookie sheet if you plan to heat sub. Take bottom bun & load up to your liking of veggies. Then put top on bottom & heat in oven @ 350 degrees for 10 mins. Or if you prefere - its ready to eat cold. Enjoy!
