1 garlic clove, mashed & chopped fine
2 tablespoons capers
2 tablespoons raisins
1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
grated zest & juice of 1 lime
2 teaspoons raw sugar
2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
salt & pepper to taste
Mix all together. Adjust seasonings to taste. Toss with pasta (hot or cold) or green salads.
