3 onions, sliced
3 tablespoon margarine
2 green peppers, chopped
18 small okra pods
5 large tomatoes
1 cup sweet corn
Saute sliced onions in margarine for 2 minutes. Add chopped green peppers, and continue cooking for 3 min. longer. Wash and stem okra. Add okra and peeled, chopped tomatoes. Cover and cook about 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Add corn and cook about 10 min. longer. Salt and pepper to taste.
