3 cups cooked brown rice
3 ears sweet corn, removed from the cob
1/2 cup green beans or peas, sliced thin
1/4 cup carrots, diced
2 tablespoon sesame seeds, roasted
1 sheet nori, toasted
2 tablespoon sesame oil
tamari soy sauce
Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the rice and sprinkle several drops of soy sauce over it. Place the corn, beans, and carrots on top of the rice. Cover the skillet and reduce the flame to low. Cook until the rice is hot. Mix the rice and vegetables. Add several more drops of soy sauce for a mild taste, mix in the sesame seeds, and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes. Remove and place in a serving dish.
