2 (15-ounce) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15-ounce) can organic sweet kernel corn
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 pepper of your choice, diced
1/2 bunch fresh cilantro leaves, torn from stems
1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes
3 to 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 to 2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 to 2 tablespoons cumin
salt, to taste
