1 pkg frozen corn or 2 ears fresh corn
4 cup water
1 cup onion
1/4 - 1/2 cup corn meal (the more you put in the thicker it is)
Salt/tamari to taste
Celery if desired
Dethaw corn in the water. Drain corn, saving water. Saute onion and corn. Ad d corn meal, stirring so that all veggies are covered. Slowly add water, stirrin g to avoid lumps. Bring to a boil, then simmer for about 30 minutes. Add celery and cook another 10 minutes. (Salt/tamari can be added at anytime during the process. I usually add it at the end.)
