1 cups of cabbage chopped
1 carrot chopped
1 medium onion chopped
2 celery stalks chopped
2 cups of bok choy chopped
1 can (500ml) of baby corn with juice
2 tablespoon of soya sauce
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
3 garlic cloves minced
2 tablespoon olive oil
Add oil and garlic to an heated pan, then add veggies. Cook for about 4 minutes and then add the remaining ingredients. This is low in fat easy to make, with little clean up and the best part of it all is the taste!
