1 package of regular, extra firm tofu (sliced)
1 white onion (sliced)
1 green bell pepper (sliced)
2 celery stalks (sliced)
1 red bell pepper (sliced)
2 tablespoons of olive oil or soy margarine
4 tablespoons of soy sauce
4 ounces of purified drinking water
In a skillet, pour the olive oil to boil and then stir in the bell peppers, onions, celery, until clear.
Add the tofu, soy sauce and water to the veggies, and turn the fire to medium. Keep stiring.
When the liquid is almost gone or about one ounce left, its ready to serve.
This can be acompanied by any type of rice or used as a wrap filling or with salad.
