1 lb firm Chinese Style Tofu, cubed
5 large green onions cut up
5 large cloves garlic cut small
1 cup frozen green peas
2 large peeled carrots, grated
1 package vegan Oriental noodles
2 cups water
3/4 teaspoon season salt
2 tbls. Canola oil
Heat large frying pan. Add oil. Add onions. Add garlic. Add season salt. Add cubed Tofu. Brown all nicely. 3-5 minutes. Add peas. Add carrots. Add oriental noodles and water. Keep on high heat.
Cover for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to med/low and let simmer for 5 more minutes. Take off of stove. Let the ingredients have a good marriage.
