2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1-2 tablespoons fresh grated ginger
2-3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 pound fresh green beans
1-2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger and brown (don't burn!).
2. Add beans, and stir fry for a while if you like beans a little brown. Add a little water and cover beans for about 5 minutes.
3. Add soy sauce and cover again for about 5 minutes. Cook until desired tenderness.
