2 tablespoons virgin olive oil
2 large potatoes, cut very thin
1/2 medium bell pepper
pinch cayenne
1/2 small onion
1 cup textured soy protein
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
salt, to taste
1. Add oil to skillet. Saute potatoes for 8 minutes.
2. Add all other ingredients. Saute an additional 8 minutes.
3. Cover and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.
